Question 1

The product says 12" x 5FT, but will the roll feel very small when it arrives?

Accepted Answer

Many first-time buyers note the roll arrives tightly wound, which can make it appear smaller than anticipated. While you are receiving the full 5 linear feet of material (which is enough for several large decals or many cup designs), the physical roll is compact. We recommend checking a ruler to visualize the 12-inch width and 5-foot length for your specific project needs.

Question 2

Is this vinyl truly permanent and dishwasher-safe for drinkware like Yeti cups?

Accepted Answer

While this vinyl is waterproof and offers good durability for indoor and outdoor decals, user experiences for dishwasher-safe drinkware are mixed. For best results on cups, handwashing is strongly recommended. If you require guaranteed dishwasher durability, a premium-grade vinyl like Oracle 651 is often suggested by experienced crafters in online communities.

Question 3

How accurate is the 'Brown Glossy' color compared to the product photos?

Accepted Answer

Screen settings can affect color perception. Based on user feedback, the brown can sometimes appear slightly warmer or less saturated than the online images. It's a glossy, rich brown suitable for most projects, but if exact color matching is critical for your design, we recommend viewing a physical sample if possible.

Question 4

I'm new to using vinyl with my Cricut. Is this material beginner-friendly?

Accepted Answer

This vinyl is a great, budget-friendly option to practice with! However, some beginners on platforms like TikTok mention it can be thin and require a careful touch during weeding (removing excess vinyl). We suggest starting with a simple design, using a sharp blade, and practicing your cutting and transfer techniques. Plenty of online tutorials can help you get great results.

Question 5

What should I do if my roll arrives creased or damaged?

Accepted Answer

We're sorry to hear that! While we pack items securely, shipping can sometimes cause damage. Please contact our customer support team immediately with a photo of the damaged product and your order number. We are happy to review this on a case-by-case basis to find a satisfactory solution for you.
