Question 1

How long does the steam last before I need to refill?

Accepted Answer

The 6-ounce tank provides up to 10 minutes of steam, but several reviewers note that in practice you may get only a minute or so before needing to stop and let pressure build back up, and the small tank means frequent refilling.

Question 2

How long does it take to heat up?

Accepted Answer

The manufacturer states the tank heats up in under 3 minutes, though some reviewers report waiting several minutes for steam to build, and one noted the red light coming on after the green light does not mean it needs to reheat.

Question 3

Does it need cleaning chemicals?

Accepted Answer

No, it uses ordinary water heated to over 200ºF to lift dirt, grease, and grime without harsh chemicals, and one reviewer specifically appreciated that it only needs water.

Question 4

What can I clean with it?

Accepted Answer

Reviewers report using it successfully on bathrooms, kitchens, grout, tight corners, toilets, bathtubs, baseboards, tools, grills, and a chainsaw covered in tree sap, and the listing notes it is ideal for sealed countertops, bathroom fixtures, tile, windows, patio furniture, and car interiors.

Question 5

How long is the power cord and does it reach far?

Accepted Answer

It has an extra-long 15-foot power cord and a 34-inch extension hose for added reach, and one reviewer confirmed the long cord reaches into any room.
