Question 1

I’m between sizes—should I size up for a slim fit shirt?

Accepted Answer

Many buyers recommend sizing up if you have broader shoulders or prefer a looser feel. The slim fit runs true to size for lean builds but can be snug in the chest and arms. If you’re on the fence, order your usual size and one larger—it’s easy to return the wrong fit.

Question 2

Is this shirt suitable for formal business meetings, or more for casual wear?

Accepted Answer

It’s best described as a “smart casual” to “business casual” shirt. The fabric is comfortable but not as stiff or structured as traditional formal dress shirts. For tie-wearing, high-stakes meetings, you may want a more polished option. For office days, dates, or events, it works great.

Question 3

How does the fabric hold up after washing—does it shrink or wrinkle badly?

Accepted Answer

The cotton-blend material is reasonably wrinkle-resistant, though some users note slight shrinkage if dried on high heat. To prevent collar warping and maintain shape, hang dry or tumble on low. Many TikTok reviewers mention it still looks fresh after 10+ washes with proper care.

Question 4

What’s the return/refund policy if I don’t like the fit or color?

Accepted Answer

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. The process is straightforward: initiate a return online, print the label, and drop it off. In our experience, refunds usually process within 5–7 business days after the item is received. Make sure tags are still attached for a full refund.

Question 5

I’m seeing mixed reviews about the buttons—do they fall off easily?

Accepted Answer

A small number of users reported loose buttons after several wears. Most reviewers have no issues, but it’s worth checking the stitching when you receive the shirt. A quick stitch reinforcement on key buttons can easily prevent any problems. For the price, the overall value still earns high marks.
