Question 1

Should I size up when ordering, especially if I have wider feet?

Accepted Answer

Based on extensive customer feedback, many users recommend sizing up, particularly if you have wider feet or prefer a less snug fit. The socks are designed to be supportive, but ordering your usual size can feel tight for some. If you're between sizes, choosing the larger option is a common suggestion to ensure comfort.

Question 2

How durable are the silicone grips, and how should I wash them to make them last?

Accepted Answer

The fabric of the sock is highly durable, but like all grip socks, the silicone dots can wear over time with heavy use and aggressive washing. To maximize their lifespan, we recommend turning the socks inside out before washing, using cold water, and air-drying them. Many TikTok users have shared that this simple routine helps the grips stay effective for months of regular use.

Question 3

Are these socks suitable for working long shifts on hospital floors?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. This is one of the most praised uses! Healthcare professionals consistently note the excellent traction on linoleum and tile floors, which helps prevent slips. They also offer good comfort for long periods of standing. However, some nurses mention they can get warm during 12-hour shifts, so they are ideal for their anti-slip function rather than as ultra-breathable, all-day everyday socks.

Question 4

What activities are these best suited for, and where might they not perform as well?

Accepted Answer

These socks excel on smooth, indoor surfaces. They are perfect for indoor soccer, gym training, yoga, pilates, martial arts, and hospital work. However, based on user reviews, they are not designed for outdoor activities like hiking or running on trails, as the small grips don't provide traction on uneven or wet natural surfaces. They are specialized indoor/hard surface grip socks.

Question 5

What is your return policy if the socks don't fit or meet my expectations?

Accepted Answer

We offer a straightforward return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return unworn socks in their original packaging within a specified window (typically 30 days) for a full refund or exchange. Please check your order confirmation for the exact return window and instructions. We want you to be completely happy with your fit and performance.
