Question 1

How long do the pads really last, and can I buy replacements?

Accepted Answer

Most users get 15–25 uses per set before adhesion drops off, though many on Reddit recommend washing the pads gently with water after each session to extend their life. Yes, replacement pads are available separately, and we suggest buying a spare set upfront to avoid downtime—something TikTok reviewers frequently advise.

Question 2

Will this help with sciatica pain, or is it just for general back soreness?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Over 2,500 reviews show it’s especially effective for sciatica and radiating lower back pain, with many users reporting relief within 10–15 minutes. The adjustable modes let you target deep muscle tissue, not just surface tension—just follow the included diagram or check YouTube for sciatica-specific pad placement.

Question 3

Is the intensity too strong for a beginner?

Accepted Answer

The unit has 15 intensity levels, but we recommend starting at level 1 or 2 to get a feel for the pulses. Some first-timers find the jump between levels a bit sudden, so try using the “Pulse” mode at low strength—it mimics a gentler massage. You can always increase gradually; many users say they’re comfortable at levels 5–7 within a week.

Question 4

Does it come with a warranty, and what if something stops working?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the NEOCARBON TENS Unit includes a 12-month warranty covering manufacturer defects like battery failure or malfunctioning controls. If you run into issues, contact our support team via the included card—most refund or replacement requests are processed within 3 business days, per customer feedback.

Question 5

Can I use this while moving around, or do I need to sit still?

Accepted Answer

The unit is compact and clips onto a waistband or pocket, so you can walk, stretch, or do light chores during use. Just avoid bending too sharply, as the wires can tug at the pads. For the best results, many YouTube reviewers recommend using it during seated desk work or while lying down for deep muscle relaxation.
