Question 1

How is the sizing? Do they run true to size?

Accepted Answer

For most wearers, yes, they run true to size. Based on over 330 reviews, the majority confirm ordering their usual shoe size resulted in a perfect fit. If you have wider feet, several users recommend considering sizing up for a more comfortable fit across the toe box, as the canvas has minimal stretch.

Question 2

Are they comfortable for long periods of walking?

Accepted Answer

They are praised for comfort, but there's often a short break-in period. The footbed itself is supportive, but the ankle strap may rub initially. Many TikTok and review users suggest wearing them around the house for an hour or two first. Once broken in, they are commonly described as very comfortable for summer activities like shopping or day trips.

Question 3

What is the build quality and durability like for daily summer use?

Accepted Answer

These sandals are designed as a seasonal, fashion-forward item. While many customers get multiple summers of wear from them, some social media feedback notes that with very heavy, daily use, the glue bonding the sole or the jute detailing can show wear over time. For the price, they offer great style, but they aren't built like heavy-duty hiking sandals.

Question 4

Is the ankle strap adjustable and secure?

Accepted Answer

Yes! The buckle ankle strap is fully adjustable and is a standout feature for ensuring a customized, secure fit. Users love that it prevents the "flip-flop" feeling. A common tip from reviewers is to adjust the strap so it's snug but not tight to avoid any rubbing during the break-in phase.

Question 5

What's your return policy if they don't fit or aren't what I expected?

Accepted Answer

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. We offer a standard return window for unworn items. Please check our official Returns & Refunds policy page for the most current timeframes and instructions. Many satisfied buyers appreciated this safety net when determining their correct size.
