Question 1

I’m new to magnesium supplements. Is this the right type for better sleep and digestion, and how should I start?

Accepted Answer

Magnesium Citrate is renowned for supporting both relaxation and digestive regularity, which is why many users report excellent results for sleep and occasional constipation. To avoid the initial digestive sensitivity some Reddit users mention, we strongly recommend starting with one capsule (250mg) with a meal for the first week to assess your tolerance before considering the full two-capsule serving.

Question 2

The capsules look large in the pictures. Are they difficult to swallow?

Accepted Answer

The capsules are a standard size for a 500mg serving, but we acknowledge some customers find them substantial. For easier swallowing, take them with a full glass of water and consider tilting your head forward slightly. If you're particularly sensitive to pill size, you can also open the capsule and mix the pure powder into a smoothie or a small amount of food.

Question 3

Why is "Fat-Soluble Vitamin C" (Ascorbyl Palmitate) included in a magnesium supplement?

Accepted Answer

This is a great question we see often. Ascorbyl Palmitate is a gentle, non-acidic form of vitamin C that acts primarily as a natural preservative to maintain the freshness and potency of the magnesium. It's included in a minimal amount and is not intended to be a significant source of vitamin C. Think of it as a quality-preserving ingredient rather than an active one.

Question 4

How does this compare to other forms of magnesium, like Glycinate?

Accepted Answer

Magnesium Citrate is highly bioavailable and is particularly effective for supporting digestion and overall magnesium levels. Magnesium Glycinate is often recommended for those with very sensitive stomachs or who are solely seeking mental calm and sleep support, as it's less likely to have a laxative effect. Many TikTok users share that they chose citrate for its dual-action benefits. If your primary goal is deep relaxation without any digestive effect, glycinate might be a better fit.

Question 5

What is your return policy if this supplement doesn't work for me?

Accepted Answer

We stand by the quality of our product and offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receipt, and we will gladly help you with a refund or exchange. We always advise giving any new supplement at least 2-3 weeks of consistent use at the proper dosage for your body to adjust and respond.
