Question 1

Does the Roleo Arm and Hand Massager help with conditions like tennis elbow and tendonitis?

Accepted Answer

Multiple reviewers report improvement for tennis elbow, tendonitis in the elbows and forearms, and hand issues following cervical spine surgery. One reviewer said their tennis elbow improved significantly with better arm use and less pain.

Question 2

Is the pressure adjustable, and can it be made lighter or firmer?

Accepted Answer

Turning the knob increases or decreases pressure within a medium-to-firm range, and the knob stops turning in either direction. If it feels too strong, the manufacturer suggests wearing a sweatshirt to cushion your arm, and if you want more pressure, changing the arm angle or flexing the wrist can increase the pressure sensation.

Question 3

Is there a light pressure setting?

Accepted Answer

No. According to one reviewer, there is no light setting, so if you are looking for light pressure this is not the tool for you.

Question 4

How do I attach the Roleo if I don't want to hold it with my other hand?

Accepted Answer

The manufacturer provides suction cups that can be installed; pull them hard and snug toward the side of the Roleo. They work on clean glass, plexiglass, metal, finished wood, marble, or any smooth surface, and to uninstall, pull the Roleo off and then remove the cups from the surface.

Question 5

Is the Roleo durable?

Accepted Answer

Reviewers are mixed: one reported the tightening knob broke after about two months of ownership, and another noted it makes a lot of noise when running an arm through it, raising concern about how long it will last. Others describe it as very sturdy.
