Question 1

Is this product a cure for Bacterial Vaginosis (BV) or a yeast infection?

Accepted Answer

It's important to know that this is a supplement for vaginal pH balance support, not a prescription medication. While many users report it helps *manage* and *prevent* recurring issues by creating an environment where bad bacteria and yeast struggle to thrive, it is not a certified cure for active infections. For a diagnosed acute infection, please consult your healthcare provider. Think of it as a powerful maintenance tool—many TikTok users share routines using it after antibiotic treatment to restore balance and prevent the problem from coming back.

Question 2

What should I expect after inserting a suppository? Is discharge normal?

Accepted Answer

Yes, a temporary watery discharge is completely normal and expected. The suppository dissolves, and the contents will exit the body over several hours. This is often called a "purging" phase. We recommend using a panty liner and using the suppository at bedtime to minimize disruption. As noted in many reviews, this discharge is a sign it's working, not a side effect. Consistency is key—most users see optimal results after a few consecutive nights of use.

Question 3

How often should I use these, and can I use them during my period?

Accepted Answer

For addressing an imbalance, many users follow a 7-14 night consecutive regimen. For ongoing maintenance and freshness, 1-2 times per week is commonly cited. Yes, you can use them during your period, and some users find it particularly helpful for odor control at that time. However, we always recommend listening to your body and consulting with your gynecologist to establish the best routine for your individual needs.

Question 4

Do the suppositories include an applicator, and are they comfortable to use?

Accepted Answer

This product does not include an applicator. The suppositories are designed for manual insertion. While most users find them easy to use, some Reddit discussions mention they can feel slightly bulky at first. For comfort, ensure your hands are clean and dry, and insert the suppository as far as comfortably possible. Their smooth coating helps with insertion. If you prefer an applicator, you may want to purchase one separately.

Question 5

I saw reviews mentioning melted capsules. How do you ensure product integrity?

Accepted Answer

Boric acid suppositories can soften in high heat. We ship with insulated packaging during warmer months and recommend choosing expedited shipping in hot climates if possible. Upon arrival, store the bottle in a cool, dry place. If your product arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team immediately—we stand by our products and will make it right. The overwhelmingly positive feedback on effectiveness is based on users receiving the product in its intended, stable form.
