Question 1

Is the 12L capacity truly suitable for a family, and how much counter space does it need?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the 12L capacity is excellent for families of 4-5, easily fitting a whole chicken or two trays of fries. However, many TikTok users have rightly pointed out it's an "XX-Large" appliance. Please measure your counter space carefully—it has a substantial footprint and needs several inches of clearance on all sides for proper ventilation and safety.

Question 2

How durable are the non-stick accessories, and what's the warranty coverage?

Accepted Answer

The included trays and racks feature a standard non-stick coating. For longest life, we recommend using silicone, wooden, or plastic utensils. Some users note the coating can wear with abrasive cleaning or metal tools. The 1-year warranty covers manufacturing defects; damage from everyday wear (like gradual coating wear) is not typically covered, but our support team can help you order replacement accessories if needed.

Question 3

Can this oven truly replace my toaster, conventional oven, and air fryer?

Accepted Answer

For many users, yes! It excels at toasting bread, baking cookies, roasting vegetables, and air frying frozen foods with excellent crispiness. The main advantage is consolidation. However, if you frequently need to use a full-sized oven and a toaster simultaneously for large meals, you might still use both. Most customers find it becomes their go-to for 90% of daily cooking tasks.

Question 4

I've seen comments about the exterior getting hot. Is this normal and safe?

Accepted Answer

Like any oven, the exterior, especially the glass door and top, will get warm during operation—this is normal. For safety, always place it on a heat-resistant surface and keep it away from overhead cabinets. Ensure children and pets are supervised around it. The heat is a sign of its powerful 1800W cooking, but the handles remain cool to the touch.

Question 5

Who would you say this appliance is NOT the best fit for?

Accepted Answer

Honestly, it might not be the ideal choice if you have a very small kitchen with minimal free counter space, as it's a large unit. If your primary need is a super-fast, compact air fryer just for small snacks, a dedicated basket-style model could be more efficient. It's best suited for those looking for a versatile, family-sized workhorse to handle a wide variety of cooking methods.
