Question 1

Is this set suitable for very dry, sensitive, or acne-prone skin?

Accepted Answer

This set is specifically formulated for dry skin and receives rave reviews for transforming dry, flaky complexions. However, if you have sensitive or acne-prone skin, please note that a minority of users with these skin types on forums like Reddit have reported breakouts or irritation from the rich, nourishing formulas. We recommend patch-testing the Dewy Skin Cream first, as it's the most occlusive product. For highly reactive skin, a fragrance-free alternative might be a better starting point.

Question 2

How long do the products actually last? Is it a true 2-week supply?

Accepted Answer

While marketed as a "2-week introductory set," actual duration depends on your usage. Many detailed reviews state that with standard twice-daily application, the products may last 10-14 days. If you use a more generous amount (especially the moisturizer), you might finish it sooner. Think of it as a thorough trial to see how your skin responds before committing to full-size products.

Question 3

I'm new to multi-step skincare. Is this ritual complicated to use?

Accepted Answer

Not at all! The set is designed as an easy-to-follow routine. The steps are: 1) The Rice Wash (cleanser), 2) The Essence (a hydrating toner), 3) The Serum, and 4) The Dewy Skin Cream (moisturizer). Everything is labeled and works together. Many TikTok users love that it simplifies building a luxurious routine. Just follow the numbers on the packaging for a foolproof experience.

Question 4

What is your return policy if the products don't work for my skin?

Accepted Answer

We stand by our products and want you to love your skin. We offer a 30-day return policy for unused or gently used items. If this set causes irritation or simply isn't the right fit for you, please contact our customer service team to initiate a return. We're here to help you find the perfect routine.

Question 5

Is it worth buying the full-size versions after this set?

Accepted Answer

Based on overwhelmingly positive sentiment, customers who adore this set often cite it as their gateway to a long-term routine. The most common praises are for the Dewy Skin Cream's hydrating power and perfect makeup-gripping texture, and The Rice Wash's gentle cleansing. The set's value is in letting you test these hero products risk-free. If you finish the samples and find your skin is noticeably plumper, smoother, and more radiant—as many reviewers do—then investing in the full sizes is typically seen as worthwhile.
