Question 1

I have sensitive teeth and gums. Can I really use these without pain?

Accepted Answer

They're formulated with reduced peroxide to be gentler than standard strips, but "sensitive" varies per person. Many TikTok users with mild sensitivity found them fine, but we recommend starting with shorter sessions (10 minutes) every other day. If you experience sharp pain or gum redness, discontinue use and consult a dentist. For severe sensitivity, a custom-tray kit may be a safer bet.

Question 2

How long until I see results, and how long do they last?

Accepted Answer

Most users notice a visible difference after 3–4 treatments (about a week), especially on front teeth. For deeper stains from smoking or years of coffee, it can take the full 14 treatments. Results typically last 2–3 months with good oral hygiene, but a review noted that avoiding dark drinks for 30 minutes after each session helps them last longer.

Question 3

My lower teeth don't seem to get whiter. Is that normal?

Accepted Answer

Yes, this is a common complaint. The strips sit better on upper, flatter teeth; on lower teeth, they can slip or not cover the full surface. Users on Reddit suggest trimming the strip slightly to fit your lower arch better or pushing the gel toward the edges. For a fully even smile, you may need a tray-based system that molds to every tooth.

Question 4

Will these damage my crowns, fillings, or veneers?

Accepted Answer

They won't physically damage dental work, but the peroxide gel only whitens natural tooth enamel—not crowns or composites. So your restorations may stand out as a different color afterward. We always recommend checking with your dentist before using any whitening product if you have dental work, as it can create an uneven look.

Question 5

What's the refund policy if they don't work or I react badly?

Accepted Answer

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're unhappy or experience a reaction, contact our support team with your order number and a brief description. Most refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. To be safe, we suggest trying just one strip first before using the full pack, especially if you have known sensitivities.
