Question 1

How long does it take to see real results with this treatment kit?

Accepted Answer

This is a restorative treatment, not an overnight fix. Based on user reports and product guidance, you should see initial improvements in nail clarity near the cuticle within 4-8 weeks. However, for a fully healthy nail to grow in, consistent daily application for 6-12 months is typical, as toenails grow slowly. Patience and consistency are the keys to success.

Question 2

Is the 25% undecylenic acid formula safe for sensitive skin or diabetics?

Accepted Answer

While extra-strength and effective, the formula can cause irritation for some. We recommend applying the liquid carefully only to the nail plate, avoiding the surrounding skin. A small "test patch" is always wise. Diabetic users or individuals with circulatory issues should consult their doctor before using any new topical treatment, as nail health is closely linked to overall wellness.

Question 3

I've seen mixed reviews. Is this kit better for mild or severe toenail fungus?

Accepted Answer

Social listening shows the most satisfied customers typically have mild to moderate cases (discoloration, slight thickening). Users with very thick, crumbly, or advanced fungal nails often report slower progress and may need prescription options. This kit is an excellent first-line defense and restorative solution, but severe cases may require a podiatrist's evaluation.

Question 4

Can I use this on my fingernails, and are the patches comfortable to sleep in?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the treatment is formulated for use on both fingernails and toenails. The nighttime patches are designed to be breathable and flexible. Many TikTok users mentioned they stay on well, but for optimal adhesion, ensure your nail is clean and dry before application. Most people find them comfortable and forget they're on while sleeping.

Question 5

What's your return policy if the product doesn't work for me?

Accepted Answer

We stand by our products and offer a satisfaction guarantee. Please contact our customer support team directly through the retailer where you purchased the kit for specific details on their return or refund policy. Remember, because this is a treatment that requires long-term consistent use, results depend heavily on adherence to the daily routine.
