Question 1

Is this pillow good for side sleepers?

Accepted Answer

Customer reviews are mixed on this. Some side sleepers report sleeping all night with no tossing and turning, while others say it hurts to sleep sideways and is better for back sleeping.

Question 2

Does this pillow help with neck pain?

Accepted Answer

Several reviewers report waking up with reduced or no neck pain and credit the pillow's neck reinforcement, though one reviewer with a pinched nerve said it did not alleviate their discomfort.

Question 3

Does the pillow have a bad smell when unpacked?

Accepted Answer

Reviewers report no odor at all, and one notes it comes rolled and vacuum-sealed, expanding after about 12 hours with no bad smell.

Question 4

How firm is the pillow?

Accepted Answer

Reviewers describe it as firm without being too firm, with just the right amount of cushion, and the listing states the zero-pressure memory foam maintains its firmness year-round—never too hard in winter or too soft in summer.

Question 5

Is the pillow cooling for hot sleepers?

Accepted Answer

The listing states it is made from open-cell memory foam with over 99% permeable cell rate for three times the breathability of standard memory foam, plus a milk silk and 3D mesh fiber pillowcase for a cooling sensation.
