Question 1

I have a 2023 or 2024 Tesla Model Y. Will these "Juniper" mats fit my car?

Accepted Answer

Yes, they will. The "Juniper" designation in our listing refers to the product line and its compatibility with the current Model Y body style, including pre-refresh models from 2021 onward. Many owners of earlier Model Ys have confirmed the fit is perfect. The mats are designed for the Model Y's factory floor contours.

Question 2

How do these nylon mats compare to more expensive rubber or TPE mats?

Accepted Answer

Our Wigoo mats use a durable, waterproof nylon material that offers exceptional spill and debris containment at a great value. The main difference is in feel: nylon is a firmer, fabric-reinforced surface, while premium rubber/TPE can feel softer and heavier. In terms of protection and custom fit, users consistently report our mats perform just as well for everyday use, making them a popular budget-friendly choice.

Question 3

Are they slippery when wet, and how easy are they to clean?

Accepted Answer

The textured surface provides good grip for most driving. Some users note the driver's heel area can become slick with water, so we recommend ensuring your shoe soles are clear of mud or snow. Cleaning is incredibly easy—simply remove the mats, shake off loose dirt, and wipe them down with a damp cloth or hose them off. They dry quickly.

Question 4

What's included in the 3-piece set, and are they difficult to install?

Accepted Answer

The set includes two front floor liners and one single-piece rear liner that spans the entire back footwell. They are designed for a custom, drop-in fit. Installation is straightforward: simply position each liner in its respective footwell. A tip from experienced users: on a warm day or after the car interior has warmed up, the mats become more flexible and settle into a perfectly flat position more easily.

Question 5

What if the mats don't fit my expectations or I have an issue?
