Question 1

I have oily skin. Will this eyebrow pen truly last all day without smudging?

Accepted Answer

Based on numerous user reviews, this ink pen is highly praised for its exceptional, waterproof longevity. It holds up well against sweat and humidity. However, a few users with particularly oily eyelids recommend using a dedicated eyeshadow primer first for the absolute best adhesion, as oils can break down any makeup over time.

Question 2

How durable is the four-claw tip? I'm worried about it breaking.

Accepted Answer

The tip is designed for precision, not pressure. The most common feedback is that it requires a very light hand. Applying too much force can cause the delicate claws to bend or splay. For the longest lifespan, use gentle, hair-like strokes and store it with the cap securely on. Think of it like a fine-tip artist's pen.

Question 3

Is the Dark Brown shade cool-toned or warm-toned? I don't want an orangey look.

Accepted Answer

The Dark Brown shade is generally described as a neutral to cool-toned brown, making it a safe choice for most seeking an ash-brown effect without red or orange undertones. We should note that several social media reviewers found the *Light Brown* shade to pull warmer, so Dark Brown is often the preferred option for a natural, cool finish.

Question 4

Can I use the same pen for both my eyebrows and as an eyeliner?

Accepted Answer

While the product is marketed as 2-in-1, we recommend caution. Using it as a tightline or waterline eyeliner can introduce moisture and bacteria into the tip, potentially causing it to dry out faster or leading to contamination. For hygiene and product longevity, it's best to dedicate one pen per use.

Question 5

What should I do if I experience skin irritation or the pen seems dry on arrival?

Accepted Answer

We always advise a patch test before full application. If you experience any irritation, discontinue use immediately. Regarding dryness: please ensure you are shaking the pen vigorously for 10-15 seconds to get the ink flowing to the tip. If it still arrives not performing as expected, please contact our customer service team for assistance with a replacement or refund under our satisfaction guarantee.
