Question 1

Is this sofa lower or smaller than a regular couch? What are the exact seating dimensions?

Accepted Answer

Yes, based on numerous customer reviews, the seating is generally lower to the ground and more compact than a standard indoor sofa. It's designed for a relaxed, lounging outdoor feel. We recommend measuring your space carefully and checking the detailed product dimensions (especially seat height and depth) to ensure it meets your comfort needs, particularly for taller individuals.

Question 2

How durable is this set for outdoor use? Can it handle sun and rain?

Accepted Answer

The all-weather resin wicker and powder-coated steel frame are built for patio use. However, like most outdoor furniture, prolonged direct sunlight can cause fading over time, and consistent moisture exposure is not recommended. For maximum longevity, many happy customers on social media suggest using a protective cover during harsh weather or off-seasons, which significantly extends the set's life and appearance.

Question 3

Are the cushions comfortable and easy to maintain?

Accepted Answer

The cushions are a highlight for many owners, described as cozy and perfect for conversation. The covers are removable and machine washable, a huge plus for easy cleaning. It's worth noting that some users mention fluffing them regularly to maintain their shape, as they can soften with frequent use—this is common with most affordable outdoor cushion fill.

Question 4

How difficult is assembly, and what's included?

Accepted Answer

Most reviewers find assembly straightforward, typically taking 1-2 hours for two people. The set arrives in several boxes with all necessary hardware and tools. A common tip from YouTube assembly videos is to lay out all parts first and follow the manual step-by-step, as the modular pieces are similar. While generally easy, setting aside adequate time and space is recommended.

Question 5

What is your return policy if the set doesn't work in my space?

Accepted Answer

We want you to be completely satisfied. We offer a standard return window for unassembled items in their original packaging. Please note that due to the size and weight of this item, return shipping fees may apply. We highly encourage reviewing the detailed size guide and customer photos before purchasing to ensure it's the perfect fit for your garden, poolside, or backyard.
