Question 1

How reliable are the video recording and real-time translation features for vlogging and travel?

Accepted Answer

Based on user feedback, performance can be inconsistent. While the glasses are designed for 1200P video and real-time translation, some users on social media have reported issues with the companion app crashing during recording or experiencing lag with the translation function. We recommend reviewing detailed video samples and ensuring your smartphone is listed as fully compatible for the best experience.

Question 2

Are these glasses comfortable and durable enough for all-day wear during activities like travel?

Accepted Answer

Comfort is subjective, but a common note from reviewers is that the fit can be tight for some head shapes, potentially causing discomfort during extended use. The build uses a lightweight polymer frame. For durability, we advise using the included protective case when not in use, as the lenses can be prone to scratching if not handled carefully.

Question 3

What is the real-world battery life, and is the Bluetooth connection stable?

Accepted Answer

Actual battery life varies with usage, such as continuous audio streaming or frequent camera use. It's typically less than the maximum theoretical duration. Some TikTok users have mentioned the connection can drop if your phone is in a crowded signal environment. For critical meetings or long trips, having a portable charger handy is a good practice.

Question 4

What is your return or refund policy if the product doesn't work with my phone or has issues?

Accepted Answer

We offer a standard return window for defective or unsuitable items. Please check our official Returns & Warranty page for the specific period and terms. We've seen comments online from customers who struggled with third-party sellers, so we strongly encourage purchasing through our official store or authorized partners to guarantee full after-sales support.

Question 5

Who would you say these smart glasses are most suitable for?

Accepted Answer

These glasses are best suited for tech enthusiasts interested in experimenting with hands-free audio and casual photo/video capture in controlled environments. They are less ideal for professional vloggers requiring broadcast-quality video or travelers needing absolutely reliable, split-second translation. If your primary need is robust, all-day audio, dedicated open-ear bone conduction headphones might be a more dependable alternative.
