Question 1

How accurate is the real-time translation, and does it work for all 164 languages?

Accepted Answer

The K08 earbuds excel at major languages like English, Spanish, French, and Japanese—many users praise the speed for casual travel phrases. However, less common languages and regional dialects (e.g., Cantonese, Swahili) can produce inaccurate or garbled results. As one Reddit user noted, "it's great for ordering food in Paris, but don't rely on it for business negotiations." For best results, stick to widely spoken languages and expect a 1-2 second delay.

Question 2

Are these earbuds comfortable for all-day wear, and do they stay in during exercise?

Accepted Answer

Fit depends on ear shape—the included silicone tips work well for most, but some find the buds bulky. Several TikTok reviewers mention they fall out during brisk walks or gym sessions. If you plan to use them for long periods, consider aftermarket foam ear tips for better grip. For casual daily use like commuting or office work, comfort is generally acceptable; just avoid intense movement.

Question 3

What’s the real battery life, and how does the “80 hours” claim work?

Accepted Answer

The 80 hours includes the charging case; the earbuds themselves last about 5-6 hours per charge on continuous playback or translation mode. This is standard for wireless earbuds with active features. Many YouTube unboxing videos confirm the case can recharge the buds fully 10-12 times, giving you solid multi-day travel use. Just be aware that heavy translation drains the battery faster than music listening.

Question 4

Do I need Wi-Fi or a data connection to use the translation feature?

Accepted Answer

Yes, real-time translation requires an internet connection via Wi-Fi or mobile data—the earbuds rely on cloud-based processing. Offline mode is not available for full translations. A few users on Reddit complained about using them in areas with spotty reception, resulting in delays. For best performance, pair them with a smartphone and ensure a stable connection before conversations.

Question 5

What’s your return policy, and how reliable is customer support?

Accepted Answer

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, but processing can be slow—multiple buyers report waiting up to 2 weeks for a refund confirmation. Customer support responds in English, though some users note language barriers. To avoid hassle, test the earbuds immediately upon arrival. If you experience connection issues, try resetting the pairing before reaching out. For quicker resolution, contact via the product’s official website rather than third-party seller chats.
