Question 1

Is the grip truly non-slip, especially during longer play sessions?

Accepted Answer

While the textured grip provides a much more secure hold than a bare controller, some users on Reddit and YouTube have noted it can become slippery with very sweaty hands. For most players, it's a significant improvement. For intense sessions, a pair of lightweight golf gloves or frequent towel breaks—just like real golf—can help maintain the perfect grip.

Question 2

I'm a real golfer. Will the weight and length feel realistic, or like a toy?

Accepted Answer

This is a common question from experienced golfers. The attachment is designed for accessibility and safety in VR, so it's lighter and shorter than a standard driver. Most users find it immersive enough to greatly improve their VR game, but if you're looking for a 1:1 weight simulation, you might want to explore metal-based alternatives like the Sanlaki, which are heavier and more expensive.

Question 3

How secure is the controller inside the attachment? I'm worried about it flying out.

Accepted Answer

The latch system is designed for a secure fit. The key is ensuring the controller is fully clicked into place before tightening the side screw. Many TikTok setup tutorials emphasize this step. Once properly secured, users overwhelmingly report no issues with controllers detaching during play, even with full-power swings.

Question 4

Is it compatible with both the Meta Quest 3 and the Quest 3S?

Accepted Answer

Yes! The product title includes both for a reason. The AMVR attachment is fully compatible with both the Quest 3 and the newer Quest 3S, as the controller design and dimensions are the same. You can use it interchangeably between headsets if you have both.

Question 5

What if it breaks or isn't what I expected? What's the return policy?

Accepted Answer

We recommend reviewing the specific return policy of the retailer you purchase from (like Amazon). Generally, this item is eligible for standard returns. Based on social media feedback, issues are rare, but most users who received a defective unit (e.g., a weak joint) reported smooth return processes. For longevity, avoid excessive force or twisting at the club head joint.
