Question 1

Should I order my usual size, or size down?

Accepted Answer

Based on hundreds of reviews, we recommend sizing down. This sweater is designed with a relaxed, oversized fit. Many customers find their usual size too long and baggy, especially in the torso. If you prefer a more fitted look, definitely consider ordering one size smaller than you normally would.

Question 2

Is the material durable, or will it pill easily?

Accepted Answer

The fabric is incredibly soft and cozy, but like many soft knits, it may develop some pilling over time with frequent wear. To maximize its lifespan, we suggest washing it inside out on a gentle cycle with cold water and laying it flat to dry. A fabric shaver can easily refresh the sweater if pilling occurs.

Question 3

I'm quite short (under 5'4"). Will this sweater be too long on me?

Accepted Answer

This is a common concern. The sweater has a longer, tunic-style length. Many shorter customers who are happy with their purchase did size down, which also reduces the overall length. If you enjoy an oversized, cozy look, it can work wonderfully. If you prefer a more classic sweater length, you may want to consider a tailored cropped style instead.

Question 4

How deep is the V-neck? Will I need to wear something underneath?

Accepted Answer

The V-neck is a genuine, deep V as shown in our photos. It's stylish but not overly revealing. However, for modesty or warmth, most of our customers (and many TikTok reviewers mention this!) choose to wear a simple camisole, tank top, or lightweight turtleneck underneath, which also adds a great layered look.

Question 5

What's your return policy if the fit isn't right?

Accepted Answer

We want you to love your purchase! We offer a standard return window for unworn items with original tags. Due to the common sizing feedback, we strongly encourage you to check our detailed size chart and consider the sizing-down advice before ordering. If it doesn't fit, our friendly customer service team is here to help with a smooth exchange or return process.
