Question 1

Does the Genie600 truly require no perimeter wire at all?

Accepted Answer

Yes, for daily operation it uses RTK-GPS combined with 4-eye vision to navigate without buried boundary wires. However, the initial auto-mapping session may require you to walk the mower around your lawn's edges once. After that, no wires are needed unless you want highly customized no-go zones—these can be set via the app.

Question 2

How reliable is the obstacle avoidance system with small objects?

Accepted Answer

The 4-eye vision is excellent at detecting large obstacles like trees, garden furniture, and flower beds. However, some TikTok and Reddit users report it occasionally misses low-profile items like garden hoses, thick extension cords, or small sprinkler heads. We recommend a quick yard sweep of any cables or tools before scheduling a mow.

Question 3

Can the mower handle a 750–800 m² lawn on a single charge?

Accepted Answer

The Genie600 is optimized for up to 600 m² on one charge. For lawns near the 800 m² max, you should expect it to pause for a recharge mid-job, then resume automatically. Many users with larger yards find this acceptable, but if uninterrupted mowing is critical, a model with a larger battery may suit you better.

Question 4

I keep hearing about app disconnection issues—how stable is the connection?

Accepted Answer

The app relies on both Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. Most users find it stable, but some have experienced intermittent drops when the mower is far from the router or in a metal-rich environment. ANTHBOT has released firmware updates addressing this. If you run into trouble, a simple router reset or repositioning often resolves it.

Question 5

What kind of customer service does ANTHBOT offer if the mower has a problem?

Accepted Answer

ANTHBOT provides a standard manufacturer warranty, and support is available via email and ticketing. Response times can vary, with some online users noting delays of 2–3 days. For faster help, we recommend reaching out through their official website or app chat, where response times tend to be quicker. Third-party sellers may have different return policies, so check before purchasing.
