Question 1

Should I size up in this robe?

Accepted Answer

Based on overwhelmingly consistent feedback from our customers, we strongly recommend sizing up for a comfortably roomy fit. Many happy reviewers on TikTok and Reddit note that ordering their usual size resulted in a snugger "cozy" fit, while sizing up gave them the perfect, relaxed feel they were looking for.

Question 2

How durable is the zipper, and is the material prone to pilling?

Accepted Answer

The robe features a sturdy zipper designed for daily use. However, a small number of long-term users have reported the zipper can snag or wear over time. The ultra-soft plush fleece may also experience some pilling after many washes, especially in high-friction areas. We recommend washing inside-out on a gentle cycle and avoiding fabric softener to maintain its softness and appearance for as long as possible.

Question 3

Is this robe suitable for taller women?

Accepted Answer

The robe is designed to be full-length for average heights. If you are taller than 5'9", some customer reviews suggest it may hit at mid-calf rather than ankle-length. For a truly floor-length fit, taller individuals might want to consider this when making their purchase decision.

Question 4

Can I wear this beyond the bathroom? Is it too warm?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! While perfect for post-shower, our customers love it as a versatile piece of loungewear. Its weight provides excellent warmth for chilly mornings and evenings without being overly heavy, making it a year-round favorite for relaxing at home. The zipper and pockets make it more functional than a traditional robe.

Question 5

What if the color is different than expected or it doesn't fit?

Accepted Answer

We want you to love your robe! Colors can sometimes vary slightly from screen to screen. If you're unsure about fit or shade, checking the detailed customer photos in the reviews can be very helpful. Our return policy is customer-friendly, so if it's not perfect, you can easily initiate a return or exchange for a different size or color.
