Question 1

Will this kit work on crowns, veneers, or dental bonding?

Accepted Answer

The Auraglow gel only whitens natural tooth enamel. It will not change the color of crowns, veneers, fillings, or bonding. Many users on Reddit caution that this can create uneven coloring if you have visible dental work. If that applies to you, we recommend consulting your dentist first.

Question 2

How do I avoid gum sensitivity or irritation?

Accepted Answer

Sensitivity is usually caused by applying too much gel or leaving it on too long. Start with a thin layer—just enough to coat your teeth—and limit sessions to the recommended 20 minutes. TikTok users who had great results without irritation often wipe away any gel that touches the gums immediately. If you have naturally sensitive teeth, try every other day at first.

Question 3

The LED light stopped working after a few uses. What should I do?

Accepted Answer

A small number of users report cord connection issues with the light. Our customer service team replaces defective units quickly—just contact us through the Amazon order page or our website. Many reviewers mention they received a replacement within a week with no hassle. For best results, avoid bending the cord sharply when storing.

Question 4

How long does one kit actually last, and how many treatments are included?

Accepted Answer

The kit contains 20+ treatments, but actual usage depends on how much gel you apply each time. Most users get 20 to 24 sessions when using the recommended thin layer. That's enough for a two-week whitening cycle plus occasional touch-ups. A few heavy-handed users on YouTube mentioned running out after 15 uses, so start sparingly.

Question 5

Can I really whiten 10 shades in 7 days?

Accepted Answer

That result is possible for surface stains from coffee, tea, or wine, especially if you're consistent and avoid staining foods during treatment. For deeper stains (smoking, tetracycline, age-related yellowing), most users see 4 to 7 shades of improvement in a week. The average reviewer reports visible whitening after just 3–4 uses. We encourage realistic expectations—this is a home kit, not a professional laser treatment.
