Question 1

Is this cleanser suitable for very sensitive or acne-prone skin?

Accepted Answer

Yes, absolutely. This is one of the most praised benefits in reviews. Users with sensitive and acne-prone skin consistently report that it cleanses effectively without causing irritation or breakouts. It's formulated to be gentle while clarifying, making it a great choice for those who struggle to find a wash that doesn't aggravate their skin.

Question 2

I have dry skin. Will this facial wash be too stripping?

Accepted Answer

If you have extremely dry or eczema-prone skin, some users recommend following up with moisturizer immediately after use, as it is a clarifying formula designed to remove oil and dirt. For normal, combination, or oily skin types, it typically leaves a balanced, clean feel. The key is to listen to your skin's needs and pair it with a good hydrating moisturizer.

Question 3

How long does the 3.4oz bottle typically last with daily use?

Accepted Answer

With twice-daily use (morning and night), most users find one bottle lasts between 4 to 6 weeks. A little goes a long way as it lathers nicely. A common piece of feedback is to be mindful of the pump—some users on social media have noted it can malfunction, so gentle, full presses are best to ensure you don't waste product.

Question 4

Does it actually help with brightening skin and dark spots, or is it just a cleanser?

Accepted Answer

While it's primarily an excellent cleanser, users across TikTok and YouTube specifically highlight a noticeable brightening effect and more even skin tone with consistent use. It's designed to clarify and remove pore-clogging impurities, which can help reduce the appearance of dark spots over time by allowing your skin to heal and your other skincare products (like serums) to work more effectively.

Question 5

What is your return policy if the product doesn't work for my skin?

Accepted Answer

We recommend checking the official Buttah Skin website or your point of purchase (like Sephora or Ulta) for their specific return and refund policy, as they can vary. Many retailers offer a satisfaction guarantee or a return window for gently used products if you experience a reaction. It's always best to patch test a new product first when possible.
