Question 1

How does the sizing run? Should I order a size up?

Accepted Answer

Based on customer feedback, many find our hoodies run slightly snug, especially after a wash. We recommend checking our detailed size chart before ordering. If you prefer a looser fit or are between sizes, choosing one size up is a popular choice among buyers.

Question 2

Is the personalized printing durable, or will it crack and fade?

Accepted Answer

The names and numbers are printed with quality materials designed for longevity. To ensure your design stays looking great, we recommend washing the hoodie inside-out in cold water and avoiding high heat in the dryer. Many happy customers report their prints holding up well with this care.

Question 3

How long does shipping take, and can I get it in time for a big game?

Accepted Answer

Production and shipping typically take 7-10 business days. During peak seasons (like holidays or playoff season), we recommend ordering at least 2-3 weeks in advance to ensure it arrives for your event. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Question 4

What is your return policy for a personalized item if it doesn't fit?

Accepted Answer

Because each hoodie is made to order with your specific customization, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or error on our part. We encourage you to double-check your sizing and customization details before submitting your order. For all other issues, our friendly support team is here to help.

Question 5

Is this hoodie warm and thick, or more of a lightweight layer?

Accepted Answer

This hoodie is made from a comfortable, medium-weight cotton blend. It's perfect for layering on cooler game days, in the stadium, or for casual wear. If you're looking for a heavyweight, winter-grade parka, this is a lighter, more versatile option. Think of it as your go-to fan sweatshirt rather than a substitute for a heavy coat.
