Question 1

Do these pimple patches work on blind pimples or cystic acne under the skin?

Accepted Answer

Daolyo patches are designed for surface-level blemishes like whiteheads, popped pimples, and red spots. They help flatten and reduce redness overnight by absorbing fluid, but they won’t bring deep cystic acne to a head. For underground zits, many TikTok users recommend a warm compress or spot treatment instead.

Question 2

How long should I wear them, and will they stay on overnight?

Accepted Answer

For best results, wear them at least 6–8 hours (overnight is ideal). The adhesive holds well on clean, dry skin, but if you have oily skin or toss a lot, you might wake up with a loose edge. A quick tip from reviewers: apply right after cleansing and avoid moisturizer under the patch for maximum stick.

Question 3

Are these safe for sensitive skin, and do they contain latex?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the patches are latex-free and made with gentle ingredients like salicylic acid, tea tree oil, and calendula oil. Most users with sensitive skin report no irritation, but if you have a known allergy to any of these, do a small patch test first. The hydrocolloid material is also breathable and non-comedogenic.

Question 4

How many patches of each size are in the 300-count pack?

Accepted Answer

The pack includes four sizes, but the exact distribution isn’t listed on the packaging. Based on customer reviews, you get roughly 100–120 of the smallest size (for tiny spots), 80–100 medium, 50–60 large, and 20–30 extra-large. Many users wish the largest size was bigger, so you might need two for a large blemish.

Question 5

Can I wear these under makeup during the day, or are they only for nighttime?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely—they’re thin and transparent enough to wear under makeup, especially the smaller sizes. Just make sure your skin is clean and dry before applying. Some TikTokers use them as a daytime spot treatment under concealer or a mask, but for best adhesion, avoid oily primers directly on the patch.
