Question 1

Are these swabs individually wrapped and sterile for medical use?

Accepted Answer

They are sterilized during manufacturing, but they are packaged together in a bulk resealable bag, not individually foil-wrapped. While perfect for general oral hygiene, pet care, and crafting, if you require guaranteed, surgically sterile swabs for a clinical procedure, we recommend sourcing individually sealed swabs from a medical supplier.

Question 2

What are the actual dimensions, and who are they best suited for?

Accepted Answer

The sponge head is approximately 1/2 inch (13mm) in diameter. Their softness and unflavored design make them a favorite for a wide range of users: caregivers tending to sensitive gums, pet owners administering medication, crafters for detailed work, and anyone needing a gentle, disposable tool for cleaning small items or applying products.

Question 3

How durable is the paper rod? Can it handle getting very wet?

Accepted Answer

The paper rod is sturdy for normal use but can soften if the sponge is fully saturated and pressed with significant force. For best results, dampen rather than soak the sponge. Many TikTok users in the crafting community suggest a gentle touch for precise liquid application to prevent any bending.

Question 4

I've seen these used for pets and crafts. Are they safe for human oral care?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. This is their primary intended use. They are specifically designed for gentle mouth and gum cleaning, are unflavored, and highly absorbent. Numerous reviews from parents and caregivers confirm their effectiveness and gentleness for both adults and infants during teething.

Question 5

What if the package arrives damaged or I'm not satisfied with my purchase?

Accepted Answer

We sincerely apologize if your order arrives with damaged packaging. Please contact our customer support team immediately with your order details and a photo, and we will happily resolve it for you. We stand by the versatility and quality of our swabs and offer a satisfaction guarantee.
