Question 1

Can this rack really hold 720 lbs, or is that exaggerated?

Accepted Answer

The 720 lb rating is for evenly distributed clothing across both rods with the unit stationary. Many TikTok users and reviewers mention it feels solid up to about 300-400 lbs of mixed clothing, but we recommend staying under 500 lbs for daily use – especially if you’re hanging winter coats or heavy jeans. For lighter shirts and dresses, the capacity is more than generous.

Question 2

Will the wheels scratch my hardwood floors or stay locked on carpets?

Accepted Answer

The wheels are made of smooth rubber and include locking brakes on two casters. They’re gentle on hardwood when moved slowly, but some buyers report a single wheel can skip on thick carpet. For carpet use, we suggest placing a small rug underneath to protect the floor and ensure locking. If you plan to roll it daily across multiple surfaces, consider adding felt pads under the wheels.

Question 3

How hard is assembly, and does everything come in the box?

Accepted Answer

Assembly takes about 30-45 minutes with the included Allen wrench and instructions. A few customers mention misaligned screw holes or missing parts – if that happens, contact us directly for a fast replacement. We recommend laying all parts out first and watching our assembly video (linked in the product page) to avoid frustration. Most buyers find it straightforward once you get the base aligned.

Question 4

Is this rack tall enough for long dresses, suits, or full-length coats?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the top rod sits at about 67 inches from the floor – enough for most long dresses and trench coats without dragging. The lower rod is great for folded jeans, shirts, or shorter items. Just note that very bulky winter coats (like parkas) might rub against the second rod if you hang them on both levels at the same time. For suits, the single top rod works perfectly.

Question 5

What’s your return policy if it arrives damaged or I change my mind?

Accepted Answer

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee with free returns for defects or damage during shipping. If your rack arrives with a bent part or missing hardware, just snap a photo and we’ll ship a replacement piece or issue a full refund – no need to return the whole unit. For change-of-mind returns, you’ll cover the shipping cost, but the process is fast and customer support is known for being helpful.
