Question 1

Is this watch truly waterproof for activities like swimming or showering?

Accepted Answer

While it carries an IP68 rating for water resistance, real-world feedback suggests caution. Many users report it handles splashes and handwashing, but several have experienced malfunctions after prolonged water exposure. We do not recommend swimming or showering with it. Think of it as highly water-resistant for accidental contact, not for aquatic sports.

Question 2

How long can I expect the battery to last with typical daily use?

Accepted Answer

With the always-on display disabled but using features like continuous heart rate monitoring and receiving notifications, most users find the 730mAh battery lasts between 1.5 to 3 days. For the longest life, you can expect up to 5-7 days by turning off background monitoring. It's a good idea to charge it every other night to avoid surprises.

Question 3

How accurate are the heart rate and sleep monitoring features?

Accepted Answer

These features provide general wellness insights rather than medical-grade data. Based on user reports, the heart rate sensor works decently for resting measurements but can be inconsistent during intense exercise. The sleep analysis offers a basic pattern overview (light/deep/awake) but may not be precise. If you're a serious athlete, a dedicated fitness tracker may be more suitable.

Question 4

What is the after-sales support and return policy like if I have an issue?

Accepted Answer

The watch comes with a standard manufacturer's warranty. However, we advise reviewing the specific seller's return policy at the time of purchase, as experiences can vary. A common tip from other buyers is to test all core functions (like water resistance carefully) early in the return window. For the smoothest experience, keep all packaging and documentation.

Question 5

Who is this smartwatch actually best suited for?

Accepted Answer

This watch is a great fit for someone who wants a stylish, large-display watch for viewing notifications, controlling music, and trying out lots of custom watch faces—all on a budget. It's less ideal for serious fitness tracking, 24/7 precise health data, or rugged, water-intensive activities. Many TikTok users mention it's perfect as a first smartwatch or a fashionable tech accessory.
