Question 1

Is this litter box suitable for a large or tall cat?

Accepted Answer

It's ideal for most standard and medium-sized cats. However, based on numerous owner reports, cats over 15-18 pounds or breeds like Maine Coons may find the internal litter tray a bit snug for comfortable use. We recommend measuring your cat's length when crouching. The dome entrance is spacious, but the key consideration is the depth of the interior tray.

Question 2

How well does the odor control really work?

Accepted Answer

The ventilated design and charcoal filter are very effective at managing everyday odors for 1-2 cats, which is a frequent point of praise in reviews. For optimal performance, regular scooping is essential. Some TikTok users in smaller rooms have noted that with multiple cats, you may still notice odors between cleanings, so it's not a magic solution but a significant improvement over many enclosed boxes.

Question 3

What's the deal with the artificial plant, and is it easy to assemble?

Accepted Answer

The plant is designed for discreet coverage, not ultra-realism. Feedback is mixed: many love the aesthetic boost, while others note the leaves can look synthetic up close. Assembly is straightforward, but a common tip from Reddit users is to ensure the leaves are fully clicked into the base to keep them secure. It's easily removable if you prefer to use your own decorative greenery.

Question 4

Is it truly easy to clean, and how do I maintain the filter?

Accepted Answer

Yes! The smooth, seamless interior and removable top make daily scooping and weekly wipe-downs very easy. The charcoal filter in the top dome should be replaced every 4-6 weeks for best odor control. Replacement filters are available from our store and other major retailers. Many owners set a calendar reminder.

Question 5

What if my cat refuses to use it? What is your return policy?

Accepted Answer

We offer a standard return window for unused products. The key to success is a proper transition: place the Hidden Litter Tray next to your cat's old box, use their familiar litter, and gradually move it to the desired location. Most cats adapt quickly to the private, cave-like interior. For specific details on our return period and process, please visit our "Returns & Refunds" policy page at checkout.
