Question 1

Are the cologne samples authentic designer fragrances?

Accepted Answer

The sampler set contains miniature vials of popular, well-known designer fragrances for men. While we source from reputable suppliers, it's important to note that some fragrance enthusiasts on forums have mentioned that a few samples might smell slightly less concentrated than a brand-new, store-bought bottle. This set is designed for discovery and sampling the scent profile, offering incredible value to try 20 different high-end options.

Question 2

What if I get a duplicate scent or one I don't like?

Accepted Answer

The selection is randomized from a large pool of popular men's fragrances to provide variety. While most users report a great mix, a small number have noted receiving scents with similar profiles (like multiple fresh "blue" fragrances). Part of the fun is the surprise element! If you're looking for a specific scent, a single-brand sample set or a decant service might be a better fit. This set is ideal for someone open to exploration.

Question 3

How big is each sample, and do the sprayers work well?

Accepted Answer

Each sample vial contains between 1.5ml - 2ml of fragrance, which typically provides several full-day wears. The vials come with small sprayers (atomizers). The vast majority work perfectly for a fine mist, but as with any mass-produced mini, an occasional sprayer might be less effective. A common tip from reviewers is to press firmly and steadily. If one fails, you can carefully remove the sprayer to dab the fragrance on.

Question 4

Is this set a good gift, and how is it packaged?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! This is one of the most praised aspects in reviews. The set comes presented in a sleek box, making it ready to gift for Valentine's Day, birthdays, or holidays. Recipients love the experience of unboxing and trying a variety of luxury scents. Many TikTok and YouTube "gift idea" compilations feature similar sampler sets for this very reason.

Question 5

What is your return policy if my partner doesn't enjoy the scents?

Accepted Answer

Due to the hygienic and personal nature of fragrance products, opened sample vials cannot be returned for a refund. However, if your package arrives damaged or with significant leakage, please contact our customer service team immediately with photos, and we will be happy to arrange a replacement or solution for you. We recommend this as a gift for someone who enjoys experimenting with new scents.
