Question 1

Will this actually repair my bleached hair in three seconds, as advertised?

Accepted Answer

The "3 seconds" refers to a quick smoothing effect — not deep repair. For light damage, you may see instant shine and reduced frizz. But many users on TikTok noted that heavily bleached or porous hair requires leaving the mask on for 5–10 minutes to get noticeable results. Think of it as a rapid surface smoother rather than a bond-rebuilder.

Question 2

How long does one sachet last? And is the pack value worth it?

Accepted Answer

For shoulder-length hair, one 13ml sachet is enough for a single use. If you have long or very thick hair, you may need two sachets per treatment. Value-wise, a pack of 4 costs about the same as a full-sized jar from other brands — so if you plan to use it weekly, you might be better off with a standard tub. However, the sachets are great for travel or trying the formula risk-free.

Question 3

I have fine hair — will this weigh it down or make it look greasy?

Accepted Answer

It can, so apply sparingly. Start with half the sachet and focus on the mid-lengths and ends — avoid the scalp entirely. A few fine-haired reviewers found it left their hair flat or sticky, especially if left on too long. If your hair is naturally oily, you might prefer a lighter leave-in conditioner instead.

Question 4

Does it have a strong scent? I'm sensitive to perfumes.

Accepted Answer

Yes, the fragrance is noticeable and described as a "salon shampoo" type smell. A number of users on Reddit mentioned it lingers for 1–2 days. If you're sensitive to strong scents, it's best to try a single sachet first before buying the pack. There are no unscented options from Lador currently.

Question 5

Can I return the pack if it doesn't work for my hair type?

Accepted Answer

That depends on the seller. Since these are individual sachets, many stores (especially third-party sellers on Amazon) do not accept returns for hygiene reasons. Check the return policy before purchase — some sellers offer refunds only if the pack is unopened. To be safe, buy from a retailer with a satisfaction guarantee, or try just one sachet first.
