Question 1

How quiet is this litter box when it runs?

Accepted Answer

The manufacturer states it operates at under 35 dB, described as about as quiet as a soft whisper or a humming fridge, and one reviewer said it cleans itself quickly and quietly after each use.

Question 2

Does it need to be assembled, and how long does that take?

Accepted Answer

Yes, assembly is required and the listing says it takes around 30 minutes; the manufacturer recommends reviewing the instruction video and manual first, and notes a no-assembly version is also sold in their store. One reviewer found it a little hard to put together but managed it alone.

Question 3

What size cat is this litter box suitable for?

Accepted Answer

The listing describes it as designed for kittens and medium-sized cats, and one reviewer with a large cat reported using it successfully for over a year. However, another reviewer warned that despite the description mentioning cats up to 20-25 pounds, the tub is not as big as it looks and would not suit a large cat.

Question 4

Does the app track my cat's weight and litter box usage?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the listing says the app supports tracking of your cat's weight, toilet duration, and litter box visits in real time via 2.4GHz Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, and a reviewer confirmed liking the ability to see their cat's weight each time it uses the box.

Question 5

How often does the waste bin need to be emptied?

Accepted Answer

One reviewer reported a bag filling in about a week because the box filters the litter and puts only the waste in the bag, while another reviewer with many cats had to empty the smaller-than-anticipated waste bin daily or twice a day.
