Question 1

Are these balls a choking hazard, and what age are they suitable for?

Accepted Answer

The balls are 2.15 inches in diameter, which is widely considered too large to be a choking hazard for children over 3 years old. They are perfectly sized for toddler hands. However, as with any small toy, we recommend supervision for children who are still mouthing objects. Many TikTok parents of 2+ year-olds confirm they feel safe with them.

Question 2

I’ve seen comments about static and a plastic smell. Should I be concerned?

Accepted Answer

These are common initial observations. The new plastic smell is not harmful (the balls are certified BPA-free) but can be strong. We suggest airing them out for a day or washing them before use. Static cling is reported, especially in dry weather. A light mist of water or fabric softener spray on the balls can significantly reduce this. The smell dissipates, and the static is manageable for most families.

Question 3

How durable are they really? The listing says "crush-proof."

Accepted Answer

They are very durable for standard toddler play—being thrown, rolled, and jumped on by kids. However, "crush-proof" refers to resistance to popping under normal play conditions. Like many Reddit users have honestly shared, an adult stepping on or sitting on them with full weight can cause dents. They are best suited for children's use.

Question 4

Will these fit my ball pit or play tent, and how many do I need?

Accepted Answer

At 2.15 inches, they are the standard size for most commercial ball pits and pop-up tents. A good rule of thumb is 100-200 balls for a small toddler tent, 500 for a standard playpen, and 800-1000 for a larger pit or very full look. Check your pit's dimensions for a precise estimate!

Question 5

What is your return policy if I'm missing balls or receive damaged items?

Accepted Answer

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If your order has a short count, damaged balls, or a torn bag upon arrival, please contact our support team directly through your order page with photos. We will promptly send a replacement or partial refund to make it right. For general returns, unused balls in the original packaging can be returned within 30 days.
