Question 1

How secure is the clasp? I'm worried about losing an earring.

Accepted Answer

The huggie hoop uses a small push-clasp. While many find it secure for daily wear, some users on TikTok and review platforms have mentioned it can feel delicate and may open if snagged. For active wear or if you're concerned, we recommend handling them with care and checking the closure periodically.

Question 2

Are these earrings truly hypoallergenic and safe for sensitive ears?

Accepted Answer

Yes, they are made with hypoallergenic materials and are a great choice for most people with sensitivity. The 4.4-star average heavily praises their comfort. However, as with any jewelry, a very small percentage of individuals with extreme allergies to base metals might still experience a reaction. If you have known severe sensitivities, you may want to consider solid sterling silver or gold options.

Question 3

I love the look, but how big are they actually? The photos are deceiving.

Accepted Answer

Great question! These are designed to be dainty and delicate. The bow portion is approximately 8mm (about the size of a pencil eraser), with a total drop length of around 20mm including the pearl. They offer a subtle, elegant look rather than a bold statement. Check the product images with a coin for scale to get the best idea.

Question 4

Who are these earrings the best gift for?

Accepted Answer

They are an absolute hit as gifts! Our social listening shows they are most beloved by young girls, tweens, and teens—perfect for birthdays, holidays, or as a "just because" present from a parent or relative. They're also popular with adults who appreciate cute, minimalist jewelry for everyday wear or special occasions like weddings.

Question 5

What if the earrings break or I'm not satisfied?

Accepted Answer

Your satisfaction is important. We stand by the quality of our products. If you receive a defective item (like a charm that arrives loose or a broken clasp), please contact our customer support team immediately through your order page to arrange a replacement or refund per our policy. We recommend reviewing the specific return window and terms listed at checkout for full details.
