Question 1

How well does the insulation actually work, and will this bottle fit in my car's cup holder?

Accepted Answer

Based on extensive user feedback, the insulation performance is excellent. Many customers report ice lasting well over 24 hours and hot drinks staying warm for 8+ hours. As for the fit, the bottle has a standard 2.75-inch diameter base, which fits securely in most car cup holders, as confirmed by numerous reviews from commuters and travelers.

Question 2

I'm not very crafty. Are the stickers easy to apply, and can I remove them if I make a mistake?

Accepted Answer

This is a common pre-purchase question! The stickers are high-quality vinyl and are indeed repositionable during application, but we recommend taking your time. A tip from TikTok users: apply them to a clean, dry bottle and use a credit card to smooth out bubbles. They adhere best once finally positioned. They are not designed to be reusable after being fully set for a long period.

Question 3

Is the bottle dishwasher safe, and how do I clean the 2-in-1 lid?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the stainless steel bottle body is dishwasher safe for easy cleaning. For the longevity of the powder-coat finish (like the Pink color), the top rack is suggested. The plastic lids (both the straw spout and dustproof cap) are also top-rack dishwasher safe. Many users find taking the lid apart for a quick rinse is simple and ensures it stays fresh.

Question 4

What if I receive a bottle with a minor flaw, like a scratch or dent?

Accepted Answer

We stand by our product quality. While such instances are rare based on reviews, if your bottle arrives with any cosmetic or functional defect, please contact our customer support immediately. We are committed to making it right, whether through a replacement part or a new bottle, as noted by several customers who had positive resolution experiences.
