Question 1

Will these wax blocks work with my paraffin bath machine?

Accepted Answer

These are standard-sized paraffin wax blocks designed to be compatible with most home paraffin bath units, including popular brands like Therabath and Salon Sundry. For optimal performance, we recommend checking your machine's manual for refill specifications. Many TikTok users in the nail and arthritis communities have confirmed they work as a great value alternative to brand-name refills.

Question 2

Is the wax truly unscented? I'm very sensitive to smells.

Accepted Answer

This wax is formulated to be unscented, meaning no fragrances are added. However, as with most pure paraffin wax, a very subtle natural wax odor may be detectable when melted, especially to those with a keen sense of smell. Most users do not find it noticeable, but a small number of reviews from sensitive individuals mention a faint characteristic paraffin scent.

Question 3

How many treatments can I expect from the 6-pack?

Accepted Answer

The number of treatments varies based on the size of your bath and whether you're treating hands, feet, or both. On average, one block is sufficient for a pair of hands or feet. Therefore, a 6-pack typically provides 6 full treatments. Many reviewers highlight this as a key part of the product's great value, especially compared to pricier branded options.

Question 4

I've seen comments about wax not melting fully or leaving residue. Is this common?

Accepted Answer

Proper melting depends on your machine reaching and maintaining the correct temperature. While the vast majority of users report clean, even melting, a small number have experienced issues, often related to older units or not allowing sufficient warm-up time. Ensuring your bath is at the recommended temperature before adding a new block will provide the best, smoothest results and prevent any gritty residue.

What is your return policy if the wax doesn't work for me?
