Question 1

Does this fish oil really cause no fishy burps?

Accepted Answer

Most users—and the brand—say yes, it’s “burpless.” The softgels are purified to remove free fatty acids that cause aftertaste. However, on Reddit and TikTok, a small number of people with very sensitive stomachs still report occasional burps. If you’ve had issues with other fish oils, this one is a safer bet, but no formula is 100% guaranteed for everyone.

Question 2

How many softgels should I take daily for heart health?

Accepted Answer

The label suggests 1 to 3 softgels per day, ideally with meals. Each softgel provides 1,200 mg of fish oil (360 mg combined EPA and DHA). For general heart support, many users take 2 per day. Check with your doctor for your specific dosage needs, especially if you’re on blood thinners.

Question 3

Are these softgels easy to swallow?

Accepted Answer

They are standard-sized softgels, not extra large or mini. Most people find them smooth and manageable, but a few YouTube reviews mention they’re a bit bulky for those with a tight throat. If you struggle with pills, you might prefer a smaller capsule or liquid fish oil.

Question 4

How long does a 200-count bottle last?

Accepted Answer

At the recommended 2 softgels per day, one bottle lasts about 100 days (roughly 3 months). If you take 3 per day, it’ll last about 67 days. Many Amazon buyers note this is good value, but for heavy users, the larger 300-count bottle may be more economical.

Question 5

Is this product safe to take with other medications?

Accepted Answer

Generally yes, but if you’re on blood thinners or have a bleeding disorder, consult your doctor first, as high-dose omega-3s can thin blood. The formula is free of artificial flavors and common allergens, and it’s manufactured in the USA with quality testing. Always read the label and check with your healthcare provider.
