Question 1

Does the PDP REMATCH Mario controller work with anything besides the Nintendo Switch?

Accepted Answer

This controller is designed specifically for the Nintendo Switch, Switch OLED, and Switch Lite. Many TikTok users have noted it doesn't work with PC, Mac, or mobile devices via Bluetooth — you'll need a wired adapter if you want to try it on other platforms. If cross-platform compatibility is important, you might want to consider the 8BitDo Pro 2 instead.

Question 2

I've heard about stick drift issues. How durable is this controller for casual gaming?

Accepted Answer

That's a common concern we've seen across Reddit discussions. For casual play (Mario Kart, Animal Crossing, Zelda), most users report the analog sticks hold up well for 6-12 months. Competitive players or those playing fighting games may experience drift sooner. The controller includes a 2-year limited warranty, and PDP does honor replacements for manufacturing defects — so save your receipt.

Question 3

How bright and long-lasting is the glow-in-the-dark Mario effect?

Accepted Answer

Pretty impressive, actually! Many buyers on social media share photos showing the Super Star design glowing vividly after just 30 seconds of light exposure. The glow typically lasts 3-5 hours before fully fading, and recharges quickly under any light source. It's a genuine highlight for collectors and Mario fans.

Question 4

Is this controller comfortable for kids or people with smaller hands?

Accepted Answer

Yes, this is one of the most praised aspects. The controller's shape and grip size are slightly smaller than the official Pro Controller, making it a great fit for younger players and those with small-to-medium hands. Adult gamers with larger hands sometimes mention that their pinky fingers feel unsupported during long sessions.

Question 5

What's included in the box, and does it charge while I play?

Accepted Answer

You get the controller, a 10-foot USB-C charging cable, and a quick-start guide. The battery is rechargeable (not replaceable) and lasts around 30 hours per charge. Yes, you can play while it charges — just note that the recessed charging port may not fit all third-party USB-C cables, so stick with the included one for best results.
