Question 1

I only carry my Switch console and a few games. Is this case too big for me?

Accepted Answer

Probably, yes. This Deluxe case is designed as a "complete travel system" to hold your console, dock, cables, and controllers all in one. Many Reddit users who bought it for simple daily commuting found it overkill. If you don't plan to transport your dock regularly, a slimmer, console-only case would be more convenient and portable.

Question 2

Will my Switch fit inside if I use a bulky grip attachment, like the Satisfye grip?

Accepted Answer

It can be a very snug fit. The main compartment is padded and form-fitting for a standard Switch or Switch OLED. While some users successfully fit their console with a slim grip attached, thicker grips may require you to compress the padding more than recommended. For the most secure protection, it's best to remove larger grips before packing.

Question 3

How durable is this case for checked airline luggage or rough handling?

Accepted Answer

Extremely durable. This is its standout feature. The case has a rigid shell, thick interior padding, and a secure, snug fit for all components. Numerous reviews from frequent travelers mention it has survived being checked on flights and rough rides in backpacks without a scratch on their gear. The common praise is that it feels "bomber proof."

Question 4

Is it officially licensed for the upcoming Nintendo Switch 2?

Accepted Answer

The product title mentions "for Nintendo Switch 2" based on R.D.S. Industries' design specifications. As it's licensed by Nintendo, the company has likely designed it to accommodate the anticipated dimensions of the new console. However, as the Switch 2 is not yet released, we recommend checking the product dimensions against the official Switch 2 specs when they are announced to ensure a perfect fit.

Question 5

What's the real-world capacity? Can I fit the dock, console, Pro Controller, and a large power bank?

Accepted Answer

Yes, that's the ideal use case. The case is specifically designed for that full setup. The main compartment securely holds the dock and console. The mesh pockets are perfect for the AC adapter and HDMI cable. The accessory area fits a Pro Controller, though it will be snug (some third-party controllers with larger profiles might be tight). There's also a dedicated zippered pocket perfect for a standard-sized power bank. TikTok and YouTube creators often show this exact load-out as the "perfect pack."
