Question 1

Should I size up, or are they true to size?

Accepted Answer

Most reviewers find they fit true to their standard US shoe size. If you're between sizes or prefer a looser fit for wearing with socks, consider sizing up. The stretchy material forms to your foot, so a snug fit initially is normal and will soften with wear.

Question 2

I've heard they can be slippery. Where should I be careful?

Accepted Answer

While the soles provide excellent grip on sand, river rocks, and trails, some users note they can be slippery on wet, smooth man-made surfaces like pool decks, boat fiberglass, or tiled showers. We recommend caution in these environments, as the tread is designed primarily for natural terrain.

Question 3

How durable are they for activities like hiking or kayaking?

Accepted Answer

These shoes are perfect for light hiking, swimming, and casual kayaking. However, for frequent, aggressive use on very sharp rocks or with kayak pedal systems, the lightweight fabric may show wear over time. They are best suited as protective, versatile water shoes rather than heavy-duty hiking boots.

Question 4

Do they dry quickly, and are they comfortable for all-day wear?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the quick-dry material works well when water can drain freely (like after leaving the water). For maximum dryness, give them a quick shake. Comfort is a major highlight—once broken in, they offer a flexible, "barefoot" feel ideal for beach walks and water activities. Note, they are minimalist shoes and do not have structured arch support.

Question 5

What's your return policy if they don't fit or meet my needs?

Accepted Answer

We offer a hassle-free return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with the fit or performance, you can return them within the specified window (check your order details for the exact timeframe) for a full refund. Many TikTok users have praised how straightforward this process is.
