Question 1

Is this ice bath big enough for a tall person?

Accepted Answer

The internal dimensions are approximately 105cm (41") long. While it works for many, feedback from users over 6 feet tall indicates it can feel quite cramped. If you're above average height or prefer to fully stretch out, you may find it restrictive. It's best for seated immersion rather than lying flat.

Question 2

How durable is the material, and does it leak?

Accepted Answer

The bath is made from a PVC tarpaulin material designed for portability and affordability. While many users have no issues, a common point mentioned in reviews is that seams can sometimes develop slow leaks after repeated use. We recommend inspecting it upon arrival, setting it up on a soft surface, and following the fill instructions carefully. It's a great entry-level product, but if you plan on daily, heavy use, you might consider a more heavy-duty model.

Question 3

What's the real deal with setup and the included pump?

Accepted Answer

Folding the bath out is quick and easy. However, filling and draining is the main consideration. The bath holds 375 litres, and it includes a manual foot pump for the water cushion and a hand pump for the main structure. Be prepared: pumping by hand takes time and effort. A frequent tip from the community is to use a garden hose to fill and to budget for a small electric pump for draining, which makes the process much more convenient.

Question 4

What is your return policy if the product is defective?

Accepted Answer

We stand by our products. If your ice bath arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect (like a significant leak), please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receipt with photos/video of the issue. We will work promptly to arrange a replacement or refund. For minor issues or wear and tear from use, we're happy to provide troubleshooting advice.

Question 5

Who is this product best suited for?

Accepted Answer

This ice bath is an excellent fit for first-timers wanting to explore cold therapy without a huge investment, and for people with limited space (like apartment renters) who need a portable, storable solution. It provides genuine recovery benefits when used as directed. If your top priorities are bomb-proof durability, perfect insulation, or a spacious fit for a very tall frame, you might be happier investing in a more premium, hard-shell alternative.
