Question 1

Does this tracksuit run true to size?

Accepted Answer

Based on extensive customer feedback, we recommend sizing up. The fit, especially for the jacket, tends to run small. Many happy customers found ordering one size larger than their usual provided the perfect comfortable fit. Please check our detailed size chart in the product images before ordering.

Question 2

How does the material hold up after washing? Is it prone to pilling?

Accepted Answer

The fleece is incredibly soft and warm, but like many cozy fabrics, it can develop some pilling over time with frequent wear and washing. To maximize its lifespan, we suggest turning the suit inside out, washing it in cold water on a gentle cycle, and avoiding tumble drying with high heat. This care will help maintain its look and feel.

Question 3

Is this warm enough for harsh winter conditions, or just for cool weather?

Accepted Answer

This tracksuit is praised by reviewers for its exceptional warmth, making it ideal as a cozy layer for cold weather, lounging, and casual outdoor winter activities. However, it is not a windproof or waterproof technical shell. For freezing temperatures or wet conditions, we recommend layering it under a proper winter coat.

Question 4

What is the return policy if the fit isn't right?

Accepted Answer

We want you to be completely happy with your fit! We offer a straightforward return and exchange process. If the size isn't perfect, you can initiate a return within our policy window (typically 30 days) for an exchange or refund. Please keep the tags attached and the original packaging for a smooth process.

Question 5
