Question 1

Is the robe truly oversized? How should I choose my size?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it's designed with a generously oversized fit for maximum comfort and coziness. Based on numerous reviews, if you prefer a standard or slightly relaxed fit, we recommend sizing down. For example, if you typically wear a Medium and want a snugger robe, a Small might be perfect. If you love the idea of being completely enveloped in soft fabric, stick with your usual size.

Question 2

I love the color in the photos. Is the "Turquaz" shade accurate in person?

Accepted Answer

This is a common point mentioned by our customers. While the robe is a beautiful, vibrant blue-green, many users note it appears brighter and slightly more "teal" in natural light compared to the deeper, jewel-toned product photography. We recommend checking the customer-uploaded photos in the reviews for the most accurate representation of the color you'll receive.

Question 3

How does the material hold up after washing? Does it pill or shrink?

Accepted Answer

The plush fleece is ultra-soft and warm, and with proper care, it maintains its comfort. To preserve its quality, we advise washing it in cold water on a gentle cycle and tumble drying on low heat. Some users have reported minor pilling in high-friction areas after many washes, which is common with plush fabrics but can be easily managed with a fabric shaver. Following the care instructions helps minimize shrinkage.

Question 4

Is this robe suitable for warmer weather or is it strictly for winter?

Accepted Answer

This robe is exceptionally warm and plush, making it ideal for cold mornings, chilly evenings, and winter months. Due to its thickness and warmth, most users find it too hot for summer or year-round use in warmer climates. It's a dedicated cozy-season champion, perfect for when you want to feel wrapped in a soft, warm hug.

Question 5

What is your return policy if the size or color isn't what I expected?

Accepted Answer

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. We offer a hassle-free return window for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. If the fit or color isn't what you envisioned, you can initiate a return through your account for a full refund or exchange. Please see our detailed Return & Refund Policy page for specific timeframes and instructions.
