Question 1

Do these clogs fit true to size, especially for wide feet?

Accepted Answer

Many buyers report these run slightly small and narrow, so we recommend ordering a half to full size up if you have wide feet or prefer a roomier fit. For reference, they feel more snug than Crocs in the same size. Check our size chart carefully—the length and width measurements are your best guide.

Question 2

Are these clogs suitable for wet surfaces like kitchens or bathrooms?

Accepted Answer

Not ideally. Several user reviews note that the soles can be slick on wet tile or concrete. They're best for dry indoor or light outdoor use. If you need slip-resistant footwear for water-prone areas, consider models with deeper treads or dedicated work clogs.

Question 3

How durable are these, and will they hold up to daily wear?

Accepted Answer

They're fairly durable for casual, occasional use but may scuff easily or show wear after a few months of daily heavy use—some users report sole cracking. The EVA material is lightweight but not indestructible. Treat them as affordable everyday slippers rather than long-term work shoes.

Question 4

Do these clogs have arch support for all-day standing?

Accepted Answer

They offer basic cushioning but minimal arch support. They're comfortable for short periods (under two hours) but may cause foot fatigue if worn all day, especially for flat feet. If you need structured support, look into orthopedic-style clogs.

Question 5

What if they don't fit—can I return them easily?

Accepted Answer

Yes, returns are accepted as per the seller's policy. Our recommendation is to test fit indoors on a clean, dry surface before wearing them outside. Many users recommend airing them out first, as they may have a temporary chemical smell out of the box. If you need to return, the process is standard for online purchases.
