Question 1

Do these slides run true to size, or should I order a different size?

Accepted Answer

Most reviewers suggest sizing down. Many customers find they run large, so if you're between sizes or prefer a snugger fit, ordering one size smaller than your usual US shoe size is a common recommendation. For the most accurate fit, please measure your foot and refer to the detailed size chart on the product page.

Question 2

Are they truly non-slip on wet surfaces like shower floors?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the textured sole provides excellent traction on wet bathroom tiles, pool decks, and other damp surfaces, which is a feature consistently praised in reviews. However, a few users on platforms like Reddit have noted that on extremely smooth, wet surfaces (like some polished concrete), caution is still advised, as with any footwear.

Question 3

How durable are they for daily outdoor use, like walking to the beach?

Accepted Answer

They are lightweight and perfect for beach, pool, and light outdoor use. For occasional walks on pavement, they hold up well. However, if you're looking for a heavy-duty outdoor slide for daily walks on rough terrain, some users have found that dedicated athletic brands like Crocs may offer longer-lasting construction for that specific purpose.

Question 4

I have foot issues like plantar fasciitis. Do these provide good arch support?

Accepted Answer

These slides are praised for overall cushiony comfort but are generally flat. They are fantastic for light wear and short periods. If you require significant arch support or orthopedic features for all-day wear, you might be more comfortable with a recovery-focused brand like Oofos. Many happy customers use our slides primarily for showering, quick errands, or relaxing at home.

Question 5

What's your return policy if they don't fit or meet my expectations?

Accepted Answer

We want you to be completely satisfied! Our standard return window is 30 days from delivery for unworn items in original packaging. Given the common feedback about sizing, we encourage you to check the size chart carefully. If you need to make an exchange or return, the process is straightforward through your order page, and our customer service team is here to help.
