Question 1

Will this kit fix a large crack, or is it only for small chips?

Accepted Answer

Many TikTok users discovered the hard way—this kit works best on chips and cracks under 2 inches. For longer cracks, you’ll likely run out of nano fluid mid-repair. We recommend using it as a *stopgap* to prevent spreading until you see a professional.

Question 2

How do I get the suction cup curing light to stay on curved glass?

Accepted Answer

Great question—this is the most common complaint in reviews. Try cleaning the glass with alcohol first, then pressing the cup firmly for 10 seconds. If it still slips, a thin strip of clear tape around the edge can improve grip. Always hold it steady for the first 30 seconds of curing.

Question 3

Does the “dark-blue” color match my car’s interior?

Accepted Answer

We need to be upfront here—the “dark-blue” in the title refers to the product *variant* packaging, not the fluid or light color. Both are transparent/light blue. If you’re expecting a cosmetic match to a dark-blue dashboard, this won’t deliver that. For many drivers, the repair ends up nearly invisible anyway.

Question 4

How long does the repair last, and will it hold up in winter?

Accepted Answer

Based on user feedback, a properly applied repair can last 6–12 months on small chips. However, extreme temperature swings (like freezing winters or hot summers) may cause the resin to yellow or shrink over time. It’s not a permanent fix—think of it as a 6-month bandage.

Question 5

I’m new to DIY repairs—is this easy to use?

Accepted Answer

Honest answer: The instructions could be clearer. Several Reddit users suggest watching a 3-minute YouTube tutorial before starting. The process (drill, inject, cure, scrape) takes about 20 minutes. If you’re patient and follow video guidance step by step, you’ll likely get good results. If you want a truly instant fix, this isn’t it.
