Question 1

I have a sensitive stomach and other magnesium supplements have caused issues. Are these gummies gentle?

Accepted Answer

Yes, absolutely. This is one of the most praised benefits in reviews. The magnesium is in the glycinate form, which is known for being highly bioavailable and gentle on the digestive system. Many users on platforms like Reddit specifically switch to this product after experiencing discomfort with other types like magnesium citrate.

Question 2

How long does it take to feel the effects, and what can I realistically expect?

Accepted Answer

While some notice a calming effect quickly, most users report experiencing the full benefits—like improved sleep quality and reduced muscle tension—after 2-3 weeks of consistent use. It's a dietary supplement designed to support your body's magnesium levels over time, not an instant sleep aid. Managing expectations is key; as several TikTok reviewers have shared, consistency is crucial for the best results.

Question 3

What does "5-in-1" actually mean, and what's the breakdown of the 1400mg complex?

Accepted Answer

Great question for clarity! The "5-in-1" refers to the combination of benefits and forms in our complex. Each serving provides 1400mg of a premium magnesium blend from Magnesium Glycinate, Magnesium L-Threonate, and Magnesium Citrate, plus Vitamin B6 to aid absorption. This multi-formula approach is designed to support overall magnesium levels, relaxation, cognitive function, and muscle health comprehensively.

Question 4

I've seen comments about the gummies being sticky or melting. How do you ensure they arrive in good condition?

Accepted Answer

We take this seriously. Our gummies are produced to a specific texture standard, but temperature during shipping can be a factor. We ship with insulated packaging during warmer months and recommend storing the bottle in a cool, dry place. If your gummies ever arrive fused together or damaged, please contact our customer service immediately—we're happy to help make it right.

Question 5

Is this product only for women, and what's your return policy if it doesn't work for me?

Accepted Answer

While marketed to address common concerns for women, the formula is beneficial for anyone seeking quality magnesium support. Men frequently use and enjoy it as well. We stand by our product with a satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund, no questions asked. We want you to feel confident in trying it.
