Question 1

Is this electric callus remover powerful enough for very thick, hardened feet?

Accepted Answer

It's excellent for regular maintenance and mild to moderate calluses. However, based on user feedback, individuals with exceptionally thick or deep calluses (like builder's feet) often find it works best *after* using a chemical softener (like a urea cream) or an initial professional pedicure. For ongoing upkeep, our customers rave about its effectiveness and comfort.

Question 2

How long does the battery last, and can I use it in the shower?

Accepted Answer

On a full charge, it typically lasts for several pedicure sessions. The handy digital display shows the battery level so you're never caught off guard. It has an IPX4 waterproof rating, meaning it's protected against splashes from any direction—perfect for use on damp skin at the sink. We recommend avoiding full submersion in bathwater for long-term durability.

Question 3

Are the rollers replaceable, and how long do they last?

Accepted Answer

Yes, replacement rollers are available for purchase separately. The lifespan of a roller depends on frequency of use and the thickness of the skin being treated. Many TikTok users mention the coarse roller is perfect for getting started, while the finer rollers are ideal for polishing. For heavy weekly use, you might consider replacements every 6-12 months.

Question 4

Is this safe for diabetics or people with sensitive skin?

Accepted Answer

While our device is designed to be gentle and non-abrasive on the skin's surface, we always recommend that individuals with diabetes, neuropathy, or very sensitive skin consult their physician before using any foot care device. The 2-speed setting allows for a very gentle touch, and most users find it far safer than manual blades or files.

Question 5

What if it stops working? What's the warranty and return policy?

Accepted Answer

Your purchase is backed by a 1-year warranty covering manufacturer defects. If you experience any issues with battery life or performance within that time, please contact our customer support team for assistance. We also offer a satisfaction guarantee—if you're not happy with your results, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund.
